We specialize in personal property appraisals for estate tax liability, insurance and valuation purposes.

We also provide appraisals for gift tax liability, charitable contributions, equitable distributions etc., as well as retrospective appraisals as in the case of property division.

We provide either restricted use, summary or self contained appraisal reports, prepared in accordance with the Uniform Standards of professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), used in determining and reporting market and fair market values.
